The descriptive survey research method was adopted for conducting the study. The results were statistically analyzed using Mean, S.D., ‘t’ test, and correlation.  Findings indicate that most of the teacher educators are having above-average levels of stress. Female teacher educators have shown significantly higher occupational stress than male teacher educators. Low, negative correlation between Occupational Stress and Self-Confidence was found.
